Welcome to BinaxPay
This guide walks you through the account setup and sign-in experience on BinaxPay. Whether you're creating a new account, verifying your email, signing in, or resetting your password, each step shows what to expect before you continue.
Sign in to your BinaxPay account
Use the email and password connected to your BinaxPay account to continue securely. This screen is for returning users, with quick access to password recovery, social sign-in options, and account creation for new users.
What this screen does
This screen lets existing users access their BinaxPay account. The password can be shown or hidden before submitting, helping users double-check what they typed. If the user cannot remember their password, the reset link gives them a direct recovery path.
Expected user flow
- Enter your email and password, then select Sign in.
- Use Forgot password if you need to reset access.
- Choose Create an account if you are new to BinaxPay.
Enter your email and password, select Sign in, and continue into BinaxPay. If you forgot your password, use Forgot password. If you are new, choose Create an account.
Create your BinaxPay account
Enter your details to get started with BinaxPay. Before registering, review and accept the Electronic Communications Consent, Privacy Policy, Registration Terms, and User Agreement.
What this screen does
This screen helps new users create a BinaxPay account. It asks for the account email, password, confirmed password, first name, and last name. Before the account can be registered, the user must confirm that they have read and accepted the required documents.
Expected user flow
- Fill in email, password, and name fields.
- Review the linked legal documents.
- Check the agreement box and select Register.
Fill in your details, review the linked documents, check the agreement box, and select Register. BinaxPay then sends a verification email and moves you to the email verification screen.
About the agreement
By agreeing, you confirm that you have read and accepted the Electronic Communications Consent, Privacy Policy, Registration Terms, and User Agreement. Electronic Communications Consent covers important account-related messages sent digitally. The Privacy Policy explains how BinaxPay handles your information. Registration Terms explain the rules for creating and maintaining an account. The User Agreement explains the wider terms for using BinaxPay. Each link opens in a new tab so you can review the documents before continuing.
Verify your email address
After registration, BinaxPay sends a verification link to the email address used during sign-up. Open your mailbox and click the link to activate your account.
What this screen does
This screen appears after registration. The user does not fill out another form here. It shows which email address BinaxPay sent the verification link to, reminds the user to check spam or junk folders, and provides a resend option if the email does not arrive.
Expected user flow
- Open the mailbox that matches the address shown on screen.
- Click the verification link in the email from BinaxPay.
- Return to sign in after your email is confirmed.
- Check spam or junk, then resend if the message does not arrive.
Open the matching mailbox, click the verification link, and return to sign in once the email is confirmed. If the email does not arrive, check spam or junk, then send it again.
Reset your password
Enter the email connected to your BinaxPay account and BinaxPay will send instructions to help you create a new password.
What this screen does
This screen helps users recover access when they cannot sign in. After the user submits their email, BinaxPay sends reset instructions if a matching account exists. The confirmation message should stay neutral so the page does not reveal whether an email is registered.
Expected user flow
- From sign in, choose Forgot password.
- Enter your email and submit the reset request.
- Follow the link in your email and create a new password.
- Return to sign in with your updated password.
From sign in, choose Forgot password, enter your email, and submit the request. Check your email, follow the reset link, create a new password, and sign in again.
